Data
Systems
is a non-profit, Joint Powers Agency consisting of a group of California County Offices of Education and School Districts. By pooling expertise and resources throughout the State of California, CEEDS facilitates regional and statewide cooperation and enables a governance structure for the purchase, development, and delivery of technologies that facilitate school improvement.
Through the development, deployment and support of the CEEDS software Platform, CEEDS offers California K-12 schools a set of data management and reporting solutions designed to integrate business and learning processes into a single web-based, remotely hosted, school automation platform.
In addition to federal compliance with No Child Left Behind (NCLB) the CEEDS Platform has been uniquely customized to meet the reporting and compliance requirements of the State of California.
The CEEDS-CA Platform is an integrated set of customized solutions that:
- Enable enterprise student, staff and school data management
- Facilitate interoperation of legacy applications
- Provide access to data for all K-12 Enterprise stakeholders

and school accountability through data-driven decision-making by overcoming
the traditional barriers to leveraging technology in K-12 education.
